ABOUT Me:

My name is Melanie and I've been creating cakes and desserts for over 25 years.  I started out at 17 just helping fill the cake case at Baskin Robbins.  I realize soon after the joy it brought to me and to others.  I was hooked.

 I decided at 23 to go to culinary school and really hone my craft.  Mind you this was way before youtube.  I worked at various places but always wanted to open my own place.

So here I am working that dream and hoping to make that dream a reality.
